How to navigate changes in the digital world + build community there

Welcome back to our Hustle + Charm Blog! It has been some time since we have posted here and we would like to reintroduce ourselves, share how we have made changes to keep up with the abnormal year, and how you can benefit from our future planned events. See how through the thick of this past year, we leaned in, to support one another within this community.

Our founder Charmaine Jennings brought Hustle + Charm to life in 2016. It stemmed from a void she felt in Winnipeg – a super fun, no bullshit, safe space for local lady bosses to gather regularly and have honest conversations about the ups and downs of building a business. We come together to share ideas, collaborate on projects, strengthen business skills, seek and offer support, push one another further in our entrepreneurial journeys, and have a ton of fun in the process. 

The world has changed quite a bit, meaning you and your business would have had to do the same. Here at Hustle + Charm our in-person meet-ups have all moved to virtual events and workshops for the time being. We used this opportunity of change to cultivate an even more tight-knit community when our regular social groups and events were unable to run. During this shift in day-to-day life, many of us have seen the importance of strategic business planning. But have you thought that your physical health, mental health, and overall wellbeing should be at the top of our priority list? We are thrilled to be adding more workshops and events that help you live your best life with your health top of mind to our calendar. With even more amazing guest speakers, top industry professionals, and topics brought to you several times a month!

Our members are a group of badass women wanting to improve themselves and their business! We help them by hosting informative and fun workshops and events. Members also have access to a private Facebook group where they can hop in any time day or night to ask questions, seek opinions or give updates about what’s going on in their business. This serves as the online hub of our community and is the first place we go to share information and updates!
