In addition to founding Hustle + Charm, Charmaine is the Founder and CEO of Strategic Charm - a digital marketing agency who helps businesses connect with dream clients and customers online. Since 2016, Strategic Charm has been helping clients find their voice and define their message so they can confidently and strategically communicate their passion for their industry, the work they do and the value of their offers. She also teaches digital marketing at The University of Winnipeg and enjoys helping students develop their marketing skills. Some of Charmaine's most recent achievements include being nominated two years in a row of the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Manitoba, serving as an ambassador for Adobe Creative Cloud Express, and representing Canada as a delegate with Futurpreneur at the 2022 G20 Youth Entrepreneurs' Alliance Summit in Hamburg, Germany!
Amber Magus is a multi-passionate entrepreneur. Her passion is to help heart-led, soulful entrepreneurs cultivate their brand and grow their business with holistic online solutions. Offering services such as website builds, Course creation and retainer options.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, Holly has turned her passions into businesses creating and owning both Kashton Photography and Charm & Flare Wedding and Event Planning. She has a strong passion for creativity and organization and uses that as a driving force. At the heart of her endeavours though, is the goal to make people happy by creating memories that they can treasure for a lifetime. Holly’s photography recently landed her a spot in RAW Canada’s Prototype art show, taking her work to a new audience. When not working, Holly loves to travel where she can try new things, experience new cultures, and capture the world around her.
Veronica is the founder of Second Time - a collection of new and vintage items including electronics, clothes and accessories and home decor. She primarily sells her items on Poshmark across North America, but is learning about e-commerce and is in the process of developing her own website.
Kimberley Kiemeney is the Client Care & Marketing Manager for Homecare Solutions for Everyone (HSE). She is responsible for connecting with clients and their families to assist with building a community of support. Kimberley creates personalized care plans, collaborates with other health care professionals, and works with their caregiving team to provide consistency and continuity of care.
Kimberley is also responsible for building relationships with referral partners within the community. She connects with other individuals and organizations to create strong partnerships to promote independence and safety for our clients.

Ally is an artist with a 9-5 on the side. Originally from Nova Scotia she brings her coastal, east coast inspiration to life in her cards and stationery designs for Upstate Design Studio. When she’s not creating she’s at her 9-5 where the focus is on another passion of hers, leadership. After graduating from the Art Institute of Vancouver, she quickly fell in love with business and leadership in her career and has been helping others with their leadership development ever since. Ally's dual passions for art and leadership shine through in both her creative designs and her dedication to guiding others in their own professional growth.

In 2022, Jackie launched Tito Boy Restaurant, Winnipeg’s first south-end Philippine eatery offering traditional and fusion culinary creations. The business, named after her father Agustin “Tito Boy” Doming, represents the intersectionality of different generations and what it means to be a Philippine-Canadian in the modern era.
A champion of community building, Jackie serves as the President of the Manitoba Filipino Business Council, leading their vision to serve as the prime community resource hub for Philippine business people and professionals.
In 2020, Jackie was named one of CBC Manitoba’s Future 40 recipients and featured in the Filipino Journal’s 20 Filipinos to Watch list.
