Kimberley Kiemeney
Homecare Solutions for Everyone
Kimberley Kiemeney is the Client Care & Marketing Manager for Homecare Solutions for Everyone (HSE). She is responsible for connecting with clients and their families to assist with building a community of support. Kimberley creates personalized care plans, collaborates with other health care professionals, and works with their caregiving team to provide consistency and continuity of care.
Kimberley is also responsible for building relationships with referral partners within the community. She connects with other individuals and organizations to create strong partnerships to promote independence and safety for our clients.
HSE's vision is a future where homes are centres of support and empowerment, offering diverse services for physical health, emotional well-being and social engagement.
